Sonophoresis works by using ultrasonic technology to relax your natural skin barrier, allowing the opening up of intracellular pathways to enable the active ingredients to be absorbed.

Sonophoresis is often used to prepare the skin before treating the skin with other modalities, like laser.  This is planned out with your nurse or therapist at a treatment consultation. When the genosys power solution is used, there will be an extra charge.
