What is dermal needling? it is an advanced skin treatment that uses ultra-fine needles to create micro-channels in the skin at precise depths. These controlled micro-injuries stimulate the body’s natural healing response, promoting the production of new collagen and elastin fibres. The result is smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin.
At our clinic, we use the RF RM Star – a medical-grad, Korean-made system – to deliver expert precision, technique, and timing. Micro-needling encourages growth factors that rebuild collagen, using tiny needles to safely penetrate the skin and create up to 900 micro-channels per second. This awakens fibroblasts with in the deeper layers of the skin, regenerating healthy collagen naturally and improving the three T’s – texture, tone and tightness.
RF dermal needling takes traditional micro-needling a step further by combining the power of fine needles with RF energy to target deeper layers of the skin where rejuvenation is most effective. Unlike standard dermal needling, which works primarily on the surface, RF energy penetrates beneath the skin to stimulate renewal and tightening from within – with minimal downtime and long-lasting results.

Prior to treatment
Avoid sun burn or skin peels prior to treatment and stop vitamin A/retinol, for 48 hours prior.
What to expect during the treatment
RF dermal needling feels like rough exfoliation on the skin and is not painful. Your therapist will adjust the pressure levels to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment.
Post-treatment
This treatment may leave you a little flushed after, and this will fade within a few hours. Avoid active serums and sun exposure for at least 72 hours after treatment. You may be flushed, like light sun burn for 1-24 hours.
