Bloom Clinic Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bloom Clinic. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your online orders are processed and delivered.

Shipping area

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.  
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes

  • Urban deliveries: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.  
  • Rural deliveries: please allow an extra 2–3 business days.  

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or peak periods.

Holidays will effect delivery times. 

Shipping fees

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.  

When your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details where available from the courier.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier service.

Incorrect delivery information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
