Click & Collect – FREE.

Shipping within New Zealand – FREE for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a shipping fee of $5.

We use Courier Post to send items within NZ. When your item is dispatched you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the item online https://www.nzpost.co.nz/courierpost

Shipping Times

We anticipate that your order will be with you within 2 – 5 working days.

If a delay is expected for any reason we will be in touch.

Returns

You can return the product that you purchased directly from bloomclinic.co.nz as long as it is unused, unopened, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.

You may return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the ship date.
