What is HairGro

What is HairGro?

We ask our in-house registered nurse, what is HairGro?

“We use 2 power-house treatments in 1”.

1st: Exosomes. They are in a nutshell tiny messengers that help cells talk to each other. When we use them on the scalp, they send signals that wake up weak or tired hair follicles. They tell the scalp to heal, grow new hair, and reduce inflammation. Basically, exosomes help the scalp act younger and healthier, which means stronger hair growth and less hair loss.

2nd: Dermal Needling helps exosomes get deep into the scalp where the hair follicles live. It also wakes up the scalp by creating tiny channels and boosting blood flow. Together, this helps the exosomes work better – repairing, healing, and stimulating new hair growth.

Why and Who?

“Hair thinning happens when hair follicles start to slow down or shrink. It can be from stress, hormones, ageing, poor scalp health. We use treatments like exosomes and needling to wake up those weak follicles and get them growing again”.

We offer only 100% synthetic (non human or animal) exosomes. This ground breaking technology replicates the active protein componets of natural exosomes by crosslinking amino acid chains. Exo-Grow are an Australian made exosomes. Lab created vesicles that are engineered to mimic the structure and signalling molecules of natural exosomes, but without containing human or animal genetic material. In a nutshell – synthetic. Designed to act like human exosomes but compliant with NZ and global regulations.

Roz, why do you need homecare for hair loss? “You wouldn’t go to the dentist once a year and then never brush or floss – it’s the same with your scalp and hair.  The in-clinic treatments give your hair a boost, but homecare keeps it healthy and growing between visits. Using the right products every day helps protect your results, nourish the scalp, and keep the follicles active”.
